Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP Summer Associate Spotlight: Robert E. Handler

Robert E. Handler is a JD Candidate at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Robert is a Staff Editor of the Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. He is also the Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Association, and the Secretary of the Maryland Intellectual Property Student Association.

Previously, Robert was an intern for the Honorable James X. Sattely of the New Jersey Superior Court System where he was responsible for legal research and writing as well as contributing to the smooth disposition of cases before the court. Robert was also an Intern in the 38th Legislative District of New Jersey where he was responsible for helping resolve constituent issues in the district.

Robert received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola University where he also played on the Men's Ice Hockey Team.
