Congratulations to Michele Hayes Dinterman Selected to University of Maryland EnTERPreneur Mentoring Program as a Mentor.
This four-week mentorship program is designed to bring together talented Terps and connect them with experienced University of Maryland alumni entrepreneurs. Mentorship offers many opportunities, including promoting career and scholarly success, helping in career exploration, and building important, lasting relationships with others.
Mentees are matched with an alum whose professional experience aligns with the mentee's field of interest. Mentors connect regularly with mentees via video or message. Mentors expose mentee to potential entrepreneurial career opportunities, help mentees set and achieve goals, provide constructive feedback to enhance mentee's professionalism and preparedness, and share examples of success and failure from your own experience.
