Matthew Youssef Advises Open Works Baltimore EnterpRISE 2019 Early-Stage Companies

Matthew Youssef, a corporate and business litigation attorney with Niles Barton, is advising a cohort of ten manufacturing-based companies this fall who were selected as finalists in the Open Works Baltimore EnterpRISE 2019 competition. Matthew Youssef will run a legal clinic for early-stage companies on Saturday, October 26, 2019, as part of a series of workshops taught by experts in their field, including business planning, legal, marketing, and capital raising.
Each year, EnterpRISE works with finalist companies to provide a 6-week crash course in business, including writing a business plan, pitching, legal issues, connecting with customers, and more. Taught by experts with deep

Matthew J. Youssef is a Partner in the Corporate and Business Law Department at Niles, Barton, and Wilmer LLP, with broad experience in contract law, dispute mediation, entity formation, and other corporate governance and legal issues relating to equity compensation, employment agreements, commercial leases, and litigation that arises from commercial disputes.
