Matthew L. Kimball is the Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department and has practiced commercial real estate law for 30 years. Mr. Kimball is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is Past Chair of the Advocacy Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council, Maryland Chapter, and is also a Fellow and State Chair of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Mr. Kimball also serves on the Board of Directors of the Episcopal Housing Corporation in Baltimore. Mr. Kimball has been listed in Best Lawyers® in the field of Real Estate Law since 2014.

Robert P. O’Brien has been recognized in Best Lawyers® in the area of Admiralty & Maritime Law since 2010. He is a partner in the Litigation Department and has been practicing for 40 years, concentrating on admiralty and maritime law and defense of claims in commercial litigation, as well as claims involving commercial contract disputes. Mr. O'Brien has been a proctor member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States since 1981 and he is currently a member of the MLA's Maritime Torts and Casualties Committee.

Craig D. Roswell is the Managing Partner of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and business law, including matters involving business disputes and real estate in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice also includes property insurance law, first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters and the defense of complex general liability claims. His experience includes the investigation and litigation of various coverage issues, including arson, coverage interpretations, and fraud investigations.
