Congratulations to Craig D. Roswell and Michele F. Hayes on a Successful COVID-19 Business Interruption Case Win in the Court of Special Appeals

Michele and Craig represented Certain Underwriters at Lloyds of London and Michele argued before the Court of Special Appeals. The case was the first state court decision in Maryland on the issue of COVID-19 Business Interruption. Government orders nor the presence of the virus trigger the policy.
