May 8, 2024
Congratulations to Partner M. David Stallings, Esq. for being selected as a Finalist in Coastal Style's Best of 2024. David was selected in the Business Attorney category for Worcester County.
Please cast your vote for David by May 31st.
Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, Maryland’s oldest law firm, recently expanded into Ocean City. Two years after opening a small office in Ocean Pines, there was demand for continued growth. David Stallings, Chair of the Estates and Trusts department, manages the Eastern Shore office, located at 12417 Ocean Gateway, #13 in Ocean City. David focuses on estate and trust matters, corporate governance and transactions, succession strategies for closely held businesses, and fiduciary and business litigation. Earlier this year, Brian P. “Pete” Cosby joined the firm’s Ocean City office as Of Counsel. Pete has practiced law in Worcester County for over 41 years in real estate and business transactions, condominium and homeowners association law, commercial litigation, and liquor licensing.
The recent expansion of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP into Ocean City, and the addition of Pete Cosby to the team, further solidifies the firm's presence and expertise in the region.
Thank you for taking the time to vote and good luck to David.
