Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP seeks an experienced full-time litigation paralegal with at least three years’ experience to join our Litigation practice. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate, and have extensive knowledge of civil procedure and the filing practices in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, Federal courts, and the Superior Court for D.C. Experience with civil litigation, procedures and filing practices in Virginia and Pennsylvania is preferred. Knowledge of civil procedure in West Virginia, New York and North Carolina is a plus. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and provide direct support to litigation teams. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred. Only qualified candidates need apply.
