Joshua B. Keyser concentrates his practice in general insurance coverage litigation, construction defects, premises liability cases, related first party insurance matters and commercial litigation.
Before joining Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, Josh served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark W. Carmean in the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Maryland, and the Honorable E. Gregory Wells, Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Maryland. He attended The George Washington University Law School, where he was Senior Online Editor for The George Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, Josh served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
