Cole Baker concentrates his practice in general insurance coverage litigation, construction defects, premises liability cases, related first party insurance matters and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Niles Barton & Wilmer, Cole served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anthony F. Vittoria of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While in law school, Cole was a student attorney with the Fair Housing Clinic, where he argued against a motion to dismiss in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Cole also was a senior editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law and a member of the National Trial Team, a competitive mock trial team.
